Rojales is a good base to get to know the surroundings of the Costa Blanca. In addition to this central location and several golf courses in the area, you can drive 10 minutes to the expansive beaches of Guardamar and La Mata. At 5 km is the cozy coastal town of Torrevieja where you among others can enjoy can visie the promenade, several large stores and a visit to the Habaneras shopping center. In Rojales there are several gift shops, boutiques, banks, bars and restaurants and there will be a weekly market on Thursday. For entertainment with slides and pools, you can visit the water park in Rojales, open from May to October. There are many activities for young and old in Rojales area such as horseback riding, tennis, bowling, pool and snooker etc. Murcia airport and Alicante airport are approximately 35 minutes away.

This villa is on the golf course and has a private pool with Jacuzzi installation in the pool. Through the stairs you reach lower portion of the villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is present for a pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. All facilities are present in the apartment such as a TV, DVD and CD player (there are also several DVD's and CD's available), air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron / ironing board, and several terraces where you can enjoy the sun and shade. The presence of a sofa bed and an extra bed apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. The upper floor of the villa is closed to private belongings of the owners who are not resident in Spain and are not present if the villa is rented out. At the entrance to the villa is a magnificent terrace with sun beds, these can be reached by a staircase. At the entrance is the terrace where you can eat, sunbathe and enjoy the magnificent views over golf course "La Marquesa".

Key Transfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 15.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H. In consultation with the administrator are other times possible. Upon your arrival the administrators can provide you during your vacation with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytansfer and will already give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay
