San Miguel de Salinas is a village situated on the edge of the Veja Baja and in the south of the Costa Blanca. San Miguel is located 7 kilometers from Torrevieja. It is also in the area and from San Miguel, the highest village you have a beautiful view of the Vega Baja and the Sea. It is a small and friendly village but has a total territory of about 54 square kilometers and extends from the interior mountains to the plains, also known as "El Llano" where the salt lakes (Salinas) are located.

This spacious luxury villa with landscaped garden with private parking and a private swimming pool, is ideal for two families. The house is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. All facilities are available such as air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and WiFi. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa is suitable for 8 to 9 people. Besides the main house is a guest house where there is one of the bedrooms. The guesthouse also has an additional living-dining room and an additional bathroom. The villa is situated on the border of Orihuela Costa and San Miguel de Salinas, in the urbanization Blue Hills. The villa is situated on an undisturbed break, but centrally located near several highways, the beach and close to the famous Las Colinas golf courses, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

Rental rates quoted are exclusive electricity consumption of € 0,25 per KWh, linen packages of € 10,- per person, per stay and Wi-Fi of € 12,- per week. For mid-season there is a rental fee of € 700, - per week for the months of May and October and € 1000,- per week for the months of June and September. Pets on request and special winter rates are available also on request. Local roads connect the town with Orihuela, Bigastro, Torrevieja and other villages nearby. The surrounding towns and villages are respectively Almoradí, Orihuela, Torrevieja and Pilar de la Horadada and Los Montesinos. Only 8 kilometers away are the sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja. Several cozy centers are only a few minutes away by car, also the major commercial center La Zenia Boulevard. Key transfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H but in consultation with the keymanager, other times are possible. Upon your arrival and during your holiday the administrators can provide you with various services to make your holiday easier and possible to make. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytransfer and will already give you some useful tips about the apartment and the nearby environment.
