Orihuela Costa facing the south of Torrevieja. On the Orihuela Costa are the beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Orihuela Costa is like Torrevieja a very popular resort with all year around great night life. The quality of the beaches and bathing waters meet the high demands of the E.U. This modern and beautiful villa from 2018 and facing south-west, is located in Villa Martin on the Orihuela Costa. The 3-storey villa can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a very spacious, stylishly furnished living room with satellite TV with many international channels and WiFi, a modern open kitchen with all appliances, a storage room with washing machine and dryer, and a toilet. The villa is fully built with a fully furnished basement / basement with lots of light. This makes the villa well suited for 2 families of 4 persons who can have their own private space separately. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 2 single bed and 2 x 1 single beds. On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with sunbeds. From the first floor you can reach the roof terrace / solarium from where you have a fantastic view over the salt lake of Torrevieja and the surrounding area. The villa has underfloor heating on the ground floor, in the basement and in all bathrooms. The villa naturally has air conditioning and there are electric shutters throughout the house. In the garden, adjacent to the living room, is the spacious private pool of 8 x 4 meters, the large fully equipped terrace with an outdoor shower, table with chairs and sun beds.

Additional information
Additional conditions for the consumption of electricity. Advertised rental rates are inclusive of energy costs, unless more than 85 KWh per week to electricity consumption. The over consuming of electricity expenses are deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KWh. baby cod and high chair are available for free.

Key transfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H. In consultation with the administrator are other times possible. Upon your arrival the administrators can provide you during your vacation various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytransfer and will already give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Beaches
In this area you will find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. This coastal region has very beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, interspersed with rocky outcrops and mostly small bays, which makes this area one of the most beautiful areas on the Costa Blanca south. The perfect location and pleasant climate with more than 300 sunny days per year, making the beaches, bays and marinas attractive to visit throughout the year. Playa La Zenia is in within walking distance of Oasis Beach and is one of Orihuela's most popular beaches and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach has a length of 350 meters and its location, facilities and service definitely deserves a blue flag.
