The spacious west-facing and accessible balcony of 20 m2 is equipped with terrace furniture and from here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the subtropical garden, the resort and a swimming pool. The entire apartment has a marble floor and air conditioning hot-cold. Furthermore, it has a spacious living room with a 40 inch TV with Uk and international channels and WI-FI. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances, including a washer-dryer.
