This modern furnished apartment on the 1st floor is located in the fenced residence El Bosque in Playa Flamenca. The residence has recently been completed. This apartment is as good as new and has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with a separate shower and toilet and has 2 entrances adjacent to both bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, WIFI and beautiful furniture and an open kitchen separated by a bar with all appliances. There is also a storage room where, among other things, the washing machine and dryer are installed. From the living room and the bedroom you can reach the covered balcony of 12 m2 through a sliding door. The pool has a separate children's section and plenty of room for sunbathing. Special winter prices, for wintering in this attractive apartment in Playa Flamenca, we ask € 625 per month that is excluding water, electricity and linen and em for a stay of at least 2 consecutive months. For this you get a lot of comfort in a beautiful environment and accommodation. The rental sum is 20 kWh per night. If you use more, you pay € 0.30 per kWh and the deposit will be deducted. Key Transfer
Key collection is possible in Playa Flamenca holiday rental at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14:00 H and 20:00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally 11.00 H. In consultation with the administrator are other times possible. Upon your arrival and during your holiday administrator can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible.
