Additional Conditions for the use of electricity: The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energie, unless more than 85 Kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the muliple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per Kwh. The complex has a heated pool and variety of sporting activities are possible as tennis, football and basketball, ect. In the garden you will find a fantastic fitness accommodation surrounded by glass with panoramic views and it is possible to follow a Wellness session in a Turkish bath and / or Finnish sauna. For the little ones there are also various play equipments and a swimming pool with slide and water jets, a play castle and table tennis. The entire complex is equipped with WiFi as well as in the communal garden. Your car parking is available in the underground garage on your own private parking space. If you want to go out, you can go to the mega shopping center La Zenia Boulevard at 4 kilometers, the Friday market of Torrevieja, a day shopping in the Centro Commercial in Torrevieja with a bowling, mini funfair, a cinema and a casino. Key Transfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14:00 H and 20:00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally 11.00 H.
