Orihuela Costa borders the area of Torrevieja. On the Orihuela Costa you will find the beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Just like Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa is a very popular holiday resort with a great nightlife all year round. The quality of the beaches and bathing water meet the high requirements of the E.U. There are several golf courses nearby such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin.

This modern and very spacious holiday rental/penthouse facing west is located on the 3rd floor and in the EMA residence in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa. This holiday rental has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed 210 x 180 and the other bedroom has two single beds of 210 x 90. There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, one with a rain shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The spacious living room has a beautiful interior including a sofa bed and a smart TV with all international channels. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the utility room-storage room with a washing machine. Through the sliding doors you enter the 15 M2 terrace from the living room and via a staircase you reach the 56 M2 roof terrace with a view over the park and the communal swimming pool. The roof terrace is furnished with a dining table with 6 chairs, a large parasol and lovely sun beds to relax in the sun. From the building you can walk to the large swimming pool at 50 meters. The holiday rental also has air conditioning to cool or heat the rooms. The holiday rental also has a private parking space on the grounds of the residence, which is completely fenced. It is a great place to stay in both winter and summer.

Extra information
EMA Residence has a garden with a large communal swimming pool, a children's playground and an area with outdoor sports equipment. There is also a sauna and a common area. Across the street from the residence there are several catering establishments and a small supermarket. More terraces are 200 meters away and the mega shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is a 4-minute drive away.

Additional conditions for the use of electricity. The rental prices mentioned include energy, unless more than 85 Kwh per week of electricity is consumed. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.30 per Kwh. The key manager can give you an explanation upon arrival. We offer special winter rates for the period from November to March for only € 250 per week with a minimum stay of 4 weeks.

Key transfer
Mandatory linen package of € 7.50 per person per stay. The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day between 16:00 and 21:00 in consultation with the key manager. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 in consultation with the key manager. For arrivals after 21:00, a surcharge of € 25 to € 50 applies, depending on the time of arrival. During your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys to you and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be the point of contact during your stay.

Beaches Orihuela Costa
In this area, 3 kilometers away, you will find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. This coastal region has very beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, interspersed with rocks and often small bays, which makes this area one of the nicest regions on the Costa Blanca. Due to the perfect location and the pleasant climate and more than 300 days of sunshine per year, beaches, bays and water sports harbors are fairly busy all year round. Playa La Zenia is a 5-minute drive from the residence and is one of the most visited beaches on the Orihuela Costa and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach has a length of 350 meters and due to its location, the available facilities and maintenance, it certainly deserves a Blue Flag. Also from here you can walk endlessly along the beautiful coastline, which is a beautiful sight in itself. The beach offers special access for disabled people, as well as public toilets and showers and there are first aid stations, sufficient parking spaces, taxi stops and bus stops, play areas, boat rental and many catering establishments.
