The center is located just 5 minutes from Torre La Mata and with terraces and a wide choice of catering facilities. A bus takes you every 15 minutes to the center of the city of Torrevieja.

This new two bedroom apartment with a balcony and communal roof terrace, is located in one of the last first line areas in La Mata -Torrevieja. The apartment is built with modern materials and excellent workmanship and only 60 meters from the wide beach of La Mata and surrounded by a unique natural environment, consisting of pine forest and the famous dunes of La Mata to Guardamar. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, has a beautiful sea views, a communal pool with landscaped garden, a recreation area on the solarium as well as an underground garage and storage. The spacious living room is nicely decorated, has air conditioning, both hot and cold, satellite with international channels and internet access via WiFi. There are two bedrooms with three single beds and one with a double bed, two bathrooms with shower and shower facility.

Special prices for winterstay. For hibernate in this attractive apartment, we ask € 220,- per week. This is including water, based electricity and linen and with a minimum stay 4 weeks. For this you get a lot of comfort in beautiful surroundings and accommodation. Additional conditions for the consumption of electricity. Advertised rental rates are inclusive of energy costs. More than 80 KWh per week electricity is including the rent. The over consuming of electricity expenses are deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KWh. The terraces are fully equipped with furniture and sunbeds. The complex is secured and there is a communal gated parking. Because the complex is so centrally located, you will find all the facilities that you need for your daily needs such as supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants and all within walking distance. You can park your car in the underground garage.

Keytransfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H. In consultation with the administrator are other times possible. Upon your arrival the administrators can provide you during your vacation various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytransfer and will already give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
