Orihuela Costa Villamartin holiday in Villamartin Gardens residence
Orihuela Costa borders the Torrevieja area. On the Orihuela Costa, you will find the beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. Just like Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa is a very popular holiday resort with a lively nightlife all year round. The quality of the beaches and swimming water meets the high standards of the EU. Various golf courses, such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas, and Villamartin, are located nearby.
This spacious ground-floor apartment, located on the southwest side in Villamartin Gardens, features a spacious open-plan kitchen separated from the living room by a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and extra storage space. The living room is spaciously laid out, and sliding doors lead to the very large 40 mยฒ terrace furnished with sun loungers, a lounge set, and a table with 4 chairs. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the communal swimming pool and the park. Ideal for a family in the summer with small children, and ideal for overwintering in the winter due to the favorable south-west facing position. This holiday home also includes a storage unit and a private parking space in the garage. You can easily reach the apartment from the garage via the elevator. The entire holiday home has hot and cold air conditioning.
Villamartin Gardens
Villa Martin Gardens consists of several four-story buildings. Each building contains 24 apartments with two and three bedrooms. The large south-facing terraces offer views of the garden and the communal swimming pools. From these apartments, you have a view of the communal pool and the beautifully landscaped subtropical gardens. In this gated residence, gardens provide an oasis of tranquility with palm and olive trees, flowering plane trees, and natural lawns. The three swimming pools (one of which is heated) and the playground are perfectly integrated into the surroundings. Within walking distance, say 300 meters, you will find various terraces, bars, a supermarket, and shops in Los Dolses. Additional information
Additional conditions regarding electricity usage. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 kWh of electricity is consumed per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at โฌ0.35 per kWh. The key manager can provide an explanation upon arrival. We offer special winter rates for the period from November through March for โฌ325.00 per week with a minimum stay of 4 consecutive weeks.
Key handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can occupy your holiday home on the first day between 16:00 and 21:00 in consultation with the key manager. On the day of departure, you normally vacate the property before 10:00 in consultation with the key manager. For arrivals after 21:00, a surcharge of โฌ25 to โฌ50 applies, depending on the time of arrival. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your vacation as easy as possible. They will welcome you, personally hand over the keys, and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They also serve as your point of contact during your stay.
Beaches
In this area, located 3 kilometers away, you will find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, and Campoamor. This coastal region features very beautiful sandy beaches with crystal-clear water, interspersed with rocky outcrops and mostly small coves, making this area one of the nicest regions on the Costa Blanca. Due to the perfect location, the pleasant climate, and more than 300 days of sunshine per year, beaches, bays, and marinas are reasonably busy all year round. Playa La Zenia is a 5-minute drive from the residence, is one of the most visited beaches on the Orihuela Costa, and is situated between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach is 350 meters long and, due to its location, available facilities, and maintenance, certainly deserves a Blue Flag. From here, you can also enjoy endless walks along the beautiful coastline, which is a stunning sight in itself. The beach offers special access for people with disabilities, as well as public toilets and showers. There are first aid posts, ample parking, a taxi stand and bus stops, play areas, boat rentals, and plenty of restaurants and bars. La Zenia Boulevardย is a 5-minute drive away.
