The balcony of Punta Prima 10 faces southwest, where you can enjoy the sun, especially in winter. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating, a spacious living room with Dutch TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player, and an open kitchen with ample cupboard space and all appliances, separated by a bar. The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of which includes a bathtub. Additional conditions regarding electricity usage: The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 100 kWh of electricity is consumed per week. Any extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key manager can provide an explanation upon arrival. The residence is fully enclosed and secured with cameras and physical security. Special winter rates from November through March are available upon request. If you wish to go out, you can visit the mega shopping center La Zenia Boulevard, located 4 kilometers away, the Friday market in Torrevieja, or spend a day shopping at the Torrevieja Centro Commercial, which also features a bowling alley, mini fairground, cinema, and casino. Key Handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can occupy your holiday home on the first day of your stay between 14:00 and 20:00. On the day of departure, you normally vacate the property before 11:00. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers of Thuisinspanje.net can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you, personally hand over the keys, and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They also serve as your point of contact during your stay.
