Stay at Punta Prima in one of three beautiful resorts featuring beautifully landscaped subtropical gardens, fully furnished luxury apartments, and child-friendly swimming pools. Located less than 300 meters from the sea and beaches of the Orihuela Costa, and just 3 kilometers south of Torrevieja’s town center, the complex is within walking distance of amenities such as terraces, bars, shops, supermarkets, a bus stop, and the beach.

This modern 85 m² apartment features a spacious living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms—both equipped with walk-in showers. Amenities include air conditioning, a 55-inch Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The communal garden area boasts two spacious infinity pools, one of which is heated during the winter. Here, you can enjoy an oasis of tranquility on Balinese-style sun loungers with parasols or relax in the various heated Jacuzzis, all while taking in stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the swimming pools, the communal gardens, and the promenade.

Additional Information
The complex offers various sports activities, including tennis, football, and basketball. In the garden area, you will find a fantastic glass-enclosed fitness center with panoramic views, as well as wellness facilities where you can enjoy a Turkish bath and/or a Finnish sauna. For the little ones, there are various play facilities available, such as a swimming pool with a slide and water jets, a play castle, and table tennis tables. The entire complex, including the communal garden, is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can park your car in your own private space within the underground garage. If you wish to venture out, you can visit the massive La Zenia Boulevard(opens in new tab) shopping center (4 km away), the Torrevieja Friday market, or spend a day shopping at the Torrevieja commercial center, which also features a bowling alley, a small fairground, a cinema, and a casino. The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, go-karting, horseback riding, golf, nightlife, dining out, and more. Key Handover
Keys can be handed over on any day of the week. You can check into your holiday home between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on your first day. On your departure day, you are normally expected to vacate the property by 11:00 AM, though alternative times can be arranged in consultation with the property manager. Upon arrival and throughout your stay, the property managers can provide various services to make your holiday as convenient as possible. They will welcome you, personally hand over the keys, and share useful tips about the local area. They will also serve as your point of contact during your stay.
