From your spacious balcony of 15 M2 and equipped with a table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds, you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea, the surroundings and a beautifully landscaped sub-tropical park. In the winter from November to March you can also enjoy the sun because of its favorable south-west location. The apartment has marble floors, a private parking space in the garage, a spacious living room with smart TV with international channels and WIFI and an open kitchen with all appliances. This wonderful holiday home also has 2 bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with underfloor heating and walk-in shower. There is air conditioning/heather throughout the apartment and a washing machine.

Normal electricity consumption is included. For consumption above 100 KWh per week (Air conditioning), € 0.30 per KWh will be deducted from the deposit. This apartment is well suited for winter visitors given its south-west location and the presence of WiFi and smart TV. The residence is completely closed and secured with cameras and physical surveillance. Special winter prices from November to March. If you want to go out, you can go to the mega shopping center La Zenia Boulevard 4 kilometers away, the Friday market of Torrevieja, a day of shopping in the Centro Commercial of Torrevieja, which also has a bowling alley, mini fair and a cinema. Key transfer
Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the 1st day between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services and information to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys to you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
