Torrevieja as a port by the sea, among other features a three-kilometer long promenade with restaurants, shopping and relaxing areas. The city is surrounded by two salt lakes. These lakes are renowned for the beneficial air and the healing powers combined with the warm climate. The port is located in the city center, from there, boats drive to the island of Tabarca. Every Friday you can visit one of the largest weekly markets on the Costa Blanca. For golf lovers: In less than ten minutes drive you will find several golf courses such as Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and La Finca. The Aquopolis Water Park, with numerous water slides and pools, is well worth a visit.

This beautiful downstairs apartment on the south west is located in the La Veleta. La Valeta is in the district on the south of Torrevieja at less than 700 meters from the beach Los Naufragos. The residence itself consists of 68 apartments and has 2 swimming pools, one heated and a fitness area. Within walking distance are several restaurants, an Aldi, shops and terraces. Parking is possible in the underground parking garage.

Special prices for winterstay, for winter in this attractive holiday home, we ask €250,- per week, including water, electricity and linen and with a minimum stay of 4 weeks. For this you get a lot of comfort in beautiful surroundings and accommodation.Additional conditions for the consumption of electricity. Advertised rental rates are inclusive of energy costs, unless more than 85 KWh per week to electricity consumption. The over consuming of electricity expenses are deducted from the bond á € 0.25 per KWh.

Keytransfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H but in consultation with the keymanager, other times are possible. Upon your arrival and during your holiday the administrators can provide you with various services to make your holiday easier and possible to make. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytransfer and will already give you some useful tips about the apartment and the nearby environment. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
