At a consumption above 100 KWh per week there will be charged € 0.30 per KWh extra from the deposit. The sea and beaches are within walking distance less than 300 meters. Restaurants, pubs, cafés, bus stop and a bakery are located within a radius of 300 meters.The residence is fully enclosed and secured with cameras and physical surveillance.
