This beautiful residential complex Aqua Nature in Torre La Mata and just 100 meters from the sea and beach, is a tourist resort located between Guardamar and Torrevieja. The immediate area has many beautiful long sandy beaches and a wide range of services provides you for your daily needs. The center of Torre La Mata and the proximity of cozy terraces and a large choice of catering facilities is an absolute plus. Aqua Nature residence is only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful and bustling town of Torrevieja. A bus takes you every 15 minutes to the center of Torrevieja.

This modern apartment of 76 sqm in La Mata and located on the 3rd floor, is part of a new complex from 2015 and is equipped with all the comfort you need. The space is divided with a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold, satellite TV, with international channels and the apartment also has WiFi. The terrace is fully equipped and from here you have a wonderful view of the sea, the salt lakes and the communal garden, where the pool is located.

Additional conditions for the consumption of electricity. Advertised rental rates are inclusive of energy costs, unless more than 80 KWh per week to electricity consumption. The over consuming of electricity expenses are deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KWh. Aqua Nature exists 5 buildings each with 8 floors of which position almost 1st line, has commercial centers areas and the apartments offer stunning views of the sea. The pool is spacious, has a children’s pool and sunbeds are available free of charge. Also, there is a playground for the little ones, a basketball court, volleyball facilities, a tennis court and some petanque courts.

Hibernate
We offer for you this wonderful apartment with special winter rates for only € 185,- per week, including the based energy costs and linen. This low price is for a rental period from 4 weeks and only in the months of November untill March.

Keytransfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H but in consultation with the keymanager, other times are possible. Upon your arrival and during your holiday the administrators can provide you with various services to make your holiday easier and possible to make. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytransfer and will already give you some useful tips about the apartment and the nearby environment. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
