You can easily reach the two communal swimming pools, set in beautifully landscaped sub-tropical gardens from your balcony of 15 sqm. Ideal for children who can easily reach the pool at 20 metres from your balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with underfloor heating and a bathtub, a spacious living room with satellite TV, WIFI and DVD player and an open kitchen with all stainless steel (built) equipment and separated by a eatery with bar seats. Also, the apartment has an air conditioning / heather, alarm, intercom system, lots of closet space and marble floors. You can also use two mountain bikes in the storage room. The apartment has a private parking space and a storage room under the resort. From here you can easily reach your apartment through the elevator. Both the living room and the master bedroom is satellite TV There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. For a 5th person there is an air mattress with built-in pump present.

In this apartment you can stay for the winter due to the south-western location with practically a few hours sun on the balcony and the presence of satellite TV and WiFi. In the sub tropical park are two kid-friendly pools located and within three minutes you are on the beach. If you want to go out you can go to the mega shoppingcenter La Zenia Boulevard, the Friday market of Torrevieja, or a day shopping in the Centro Commercial in Torrevieja with a bowling, mini funfair, a cinema and a casino. In the vicinity are also ample opportunities for water sports, karting, horse riding, golf and entertainment, good food, etc. etc. A perfect location at 300 meters from the residence you will find Club Nautilus.
