Punta Prima is a wonderful place to stay, boasting a very central and beautiful location. It’s ideal for a short holiday stay and/or a long-term winter stay, with all the amenities and all-day sun on the terrace. Golf enthusiasts will also find it a great place to stay. This complex is located in one of Punta Prima’s newest residential areas, just a 13-minute walk from Punta Prima beach. All the amenities you could possibly need, including a diverse selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are all within walking distance.

Residence Bali is located in Punta Prima (La Ceñuela), 1.2 km from the beach and the Punta Prima promenade. This luxurious ground-floor apartment features three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one double and one single (with good quality beds), and two bathrooms with shower and shower facilities, both with underfloor heating. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs, high-speed 300 MB Wi-Fi, a smart TV with national and international channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The apartment is fully furnished with integrated air conditioning, electric heaters in all rooms, and motorized sun blinds. At the side of the apartment is a south-facing, fully furnished 120 m² terrace overlooking the communal garden and the communal swimming pool of Residence Bali. It offers both sun and shade, perfect for both summer and winter.

Key collection
Key collection takes place any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, you should generally vacate the property by 11:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys, providing you with useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.

Residence Bali features a communal swimming pool, a heated jacuzzi, whirlpool jets, a sauna-wellness facility, an indoor fitness center, and a children’s area, all combined with an exclusive green area, all in Balinese style, with its landscaping and décor. From here, you have a beautiful sea view. Additional terms and conditions apply to electricity use. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 kWh of electricity is used per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key holder can provide further information upon arrival. There are ample opportunities for golfing nearby, as well as various water sports and fishing. A visit to the local market to buy fruit and vegetables, shoes, bags, and clothing is available on Saturdays in Playa Flamenca and on Sundays in Torrevieja. The residential complex is surrounded by all kinds of entertainment and is open year-round. There are several commercial centers in the immediate vicinity with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Nearby are two mega shopping centers: Zenia Boulevard on the Orihuela Costa (4 kilometers) and Habaneras in Torrevieja (5 kilometers). Torrevieja Hospital is only 1.5 kilometers from the complex.

The Beaches
Located 1.3 kilometers from the complex is Rocio del Mar beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag and the “Q” for tourist quality. Also accessible are the surrounding beaches and coves of Punta Prima beach, La Zenia beach (3 kilometers), Cala Ferris (500 meters), and Playa Flamenca (1.5 kilometers). Restaurants and shops
Punta Prima itself also has a commercial center, Punta Marina, which includes a Consum supermarket, Eroski gas station, a wok buffet, the Captain’s Table for fish and chips, Sunday roast, and a delicious breakfast every day, the Amigos bar, a Chinese restaurant, La Piazza with Italian cuisine, a Subway, a Milar, a Druni, and The Card Place. There are more restaurants along the N332, such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues Fish Bar, Puccini, Ghandi, Roca with Thai cuisine, Picasso with German cuisine, and various bars such as Marco Polo.
