San Miguel de Salinas Vistabella Golf is a village located on the edge of the Vega Baja and in the south of the Costa Blanca. San Miguel is situated 7 kilometers from Torrevieja. It is also the highest village in the area, and from San Miguel and this apartment, you have a beautiful view over the Vega Baja and the sea. It is a small and friendly village, but has a total territory of approximately 54 km² and stretches from the inland mountainous landscape to the plain, also known as ‘El Llano’, where the salt lakes (the Salinas) are located.

This beautiful, spacious, modern semi-detached holiday villa from 2022 is located in the Vistabella Golf district. The 119 m² holiday villa, situated on a 364 m² plot, features 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and 1 bedroom (master bedroom) has a double bed. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and centrally controlled air conditioning (hot and cold). There is 1 separate bathroom with two sinks and 1 en-suite bathroom belonging to the master bedroom with 1 sink, each equipped with a toilet and walk-in shower. Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and are en-suite. The spacious living room overlooks the private 4 x 8 meter swimming pool and features a smart TV with many channels, air conditioning, and modern, comfortable furniture. The open kitchen, equipped with all built-in appliances, is connected to the living room and separated by a kitchen island or bar. There is also a storage room for the washing machine, among other things. From the spacious 40 m² roof terrace, furnished with a lounge set and a recliner, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. Additional information
Additional conditions regarding electricity usage. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 120 kWh of electricity is consumed per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key holder can provide further explanation upon arrival. We offer special winter rates for the period from November through April for only €400 per week with a minimum stay of 4 weeks.

Local roads connect the cities of Orihuela and Torrevieja and other nearby villages. The neighboring villages and cities are Almoradí, Orihuela, Torrevieja, Pilar de la Horadada, and Los Montesinos, respectively. The sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja are only 8 kilometers away. Several charming centers can be reached by car in just a few minutes, including La Zenia Boulevard. San Miguel de Salinas is very popular among golf enthusiasts, as there are 3 well-known golf courses in the vicinity: Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. Every Wednesday, there is a market in the neighboring village (centre) of San Miguel, a 10-minute walk away. Orihuela Costa, with its beautiful beaches and lively marinas, is just a 10-minute drive away.

Key Handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can occupy your holiday home on the first day between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. On the day of departure, you normally vacate the property before 10:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you, personally hand over the keys, and provide you with some useful tips about the surrounding area. They also serve as your point of contact during your stay.
