San Miguel de Salinas Vista Bella Golf is a village located on the edge of the Vega Baja, in the south of the Costa Blanca. San Miguel is 7 kilometers from Torrevieja. It is also the highest village in the area, and from San Miguel and this apartment, you have a beautiful view of the Vega Baja and the sea. It is a small and friendly village, but has a total area of ​​approximately 54 km² and stretches from the inland mountains to the plain, also known as “El Llano,” where the salt lakes (the Salinas) are located.

The 120 m² holiday rental has three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and centrally controlled hot and cold air conditioning. The bathrooms both have walk-in showers and are en-suite. The spacious living room overlooks the private 5 x 10 meter pool and features a smart TV with numerous channels, air conditioning, and modern, comfortable furniture. The open-plan kitchen, with all built-in appliances, is connected to the living room and separated by a breakfast bar. There is also a storage room for the washing machine, among other things. From the spacious 50 m² roof terrace, equipped with a lounge set and a recliner, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. Vista Bella, or beautiful view, is named after the nearest neighborhood, belonging to Jacarilla. Vistabella Golf boasts a golf course of over 6,000 meters, par 72, and 18 holes. On this spectacular course, you can practice your best swing or learn the ideal techniques at our golf school, where you will receive lessons from the most qualified instructors. All this in an exclusive, green setting on the Costa Blanca in the Vega Baja. Vistabella Golf combines the pleasure of exclusive homes with all the amenities you need every day, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, terraces, and medical facilities.

Additional terms and conditions regarding electricity use. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 120 kWh of electricity is used per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key holder can provide further details upon arrival. We offer special winter rates for the period from November to April for just €450 per week with a minimum stay of four weeks.

Local roads connect the village to Orihuela, Bigastro, Torrevieja, and other nearby towns. The neighboring towns and cities are Almoradí, Orihuela, Torrevieja, Pilar de la Horadada, and Los Montesinos, respectively. The sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja are just eight kilometers away. Several charming town centers are just a few minutes’ drive away, including La Zenia Boulevard. San Miguel de Salinas is very popular with golf enthusiasts, as there are three well-known golf courses nearby: Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. Every Wednesday, there’s a market in the center of San Miguel, a 10-minute walk away. Orihuela Costa, with its beautiful beaches and lively marinas, is only a 10-minute drive away.

Key Collection
Key collection takes place any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. On the day of departure, you should generally vacate the property by 10:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys, and they will provide you with some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
