Benidorm, on the Costa Blanca on the Mediterranean coast, has been a tourist destination in Spain since 1925, when the port was expanded and the first hotels were built, although it was not until the 1950s that it became known as a summer destination for people coming from inland Spain, particularly Madrid. Today it is known for its hotel industry, beaches and skyscrapers and receives as many tourists from abroad as from Spain. According to the 2020 census, Benidorm has a permanent population of 70,450 inhabitants, making it the fifth most populous city in the province of Alicante and the ninth in the Valencian Community.
You can rent this beautiful apartment in the Coblanca residence, located in the Poniente area of Benidorm. The stated rental prices are all-inclusive of energy costs. Unless more than 85 kWh of electricity is used per week, the additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key holder will provide further information on site. There is an additional charge for linens of €22.50 per person per stay. This apartment is also available for winter stays from November to March for a rental fee of €350,- per week. For stays of four weeks or longer in mid-season, the rental fee is €700,- per week. Benidorm is considered the entertainment center of the northern Costa Blanca and is also known for its beautiful beaches and mild, sunny climate.
Key handover
Key handover is possible any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, you should generally vacate the property before 11:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you, providing you with useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.
