Orihuela Costa Playa Flamenca la Calma
Orihuela Costa borders the area of Torrevieja. On the Orihuela Costa you will find the beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Just like Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa is a very popular holiday resort with a great nightlife all year round. The quality of the beaches and bathing water meet the high requirements of the E.U. There are several golf courses nearby such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin.

You will find this beautifully situated holiday rental on the Orihuela Costa, in a unique location in Playa Flamenca in the la Calma residence. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both have their own bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Linen and towels are included. There is a spacious sunny balcony, furnished with a table and four patio chairs facing south-east. There is also a large private roof terrace of 40 m2 with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area.

The holiday rental has 5G WiFi and smart TV with all international channels and an open kitchen with the necessary equipment and a washer-dryer. It is equipped with air conditioning for cooling or heating. The holiday apartment has its own covered, secure parking space. Within the well-maintained complex la Calma, there are 4 swimming pools. With this accommodation you get a lot of comfort in beautiful surroundings.

Energy consumption
Normal electricity consumption is included. For consumption higher than the average of 100 kWh per week, € 0.30 per kWh (meter available) will be charged.

Hibernate
The complex in which this holiday apartment is located is located in an area that is also ideal for spending the winter with many days of sunshine. For wintering in this attractive south-east facing holiday apartment in Playa Flamenca, we ask for the special wintering rate of € 350,-  per week, including electricity (see energy consumption) and linen in the period from November to March and for a stay of closed for at least 8 weeks at a time.

Key transfer
Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers of Thuisinspanje.net can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys to you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Extra information
Right opposite the holiday apartment is a large supermarket and a superstore. Diagonally opposite the residence is a shopping center with an ATM, terraces, restaurants, a Burger King, a gym, miniature golf, a gas station and much more. 200 meters away is a cozy and spacious complex with approximately 40 affordable restaurants, terraces, a hairdresser, a veterinarian and a few others.

Across the street from this holiday apartment is the small piece of (still) unspoilt nature of Cala Mosca. The beach of Playa Flamenca is over 700 meters away and the beach of Punta Prima is 800 meters away. The slightly larger beach of La Zenia is about 2 kilometers away. Parking is always free everywhere in the area, even in parking garages and on the beach. For disabled people, there are special parking spaces at almost all beaches with very good access to the beach with a separate wheelchair platform.

The La Zenia Boulevard
The large Centro Commercial LA ZENIA BOULEVARD is approximately 2 kilometers away, where numerous large and smaller shops are located, including C&A, H&M, Mediamarkt and Primark and the mega supermarket Al Campo; but there is also a casino and bowling. La Zenia boulevard also has an extensive range of restaurants. There is a very large underground parking garage, which runs underneath the entire center. Parking is also free here. For the disabled, there are even several separate parking spaces in the parking garage close to the entrance with easy access to the center above.

Playa Flamenca
Playa Flamenca, like Punta Prima and La Zenia, is part of the Orihuela Costa area on the Costa Blanca south.

Playa Flamenca is a 45-minute drive from Alicante airport. The main advantage of Playa Flamenca and the immediate surroundings are of course the beaches. You will undoubtedly enjoy a relaxing holiday, the sun of the Mediterranean Sea and the tranquility of this pleasant seaside resort.

The Mediterranean climate, one of the healthiest in the world, is subtropical and dry here. The summers here are warm and long, and the winters are mild, allowing outdoor activities to be enjoyed all year round. Playa Flamenca has been awarded the blue flag for the good maintenance and services on its beaches. These beaches are clean and have fine golden sand. There are also more sheltered and rocky areas along well-maintained promenades.

Playa Flamenca is not too busy and very cozy, ideal for a relaxing holiday. There are three well-known golf courses in the region, which attract thousands of golfers from all over Europe every year due to their beauty and design.

There is always a street market somewhere, of which the Friday markets in Torrevieja and the Saturday market in Playa Flamenca are the best known. In the immediate vicinity you have all amenities such as supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. Playa Flamenca is an ideal place to relax in both summer and winter and leave the stress of busy city life behind.
