Residence Linnea Sol
Linnea Sol is a gated holiday/residential residence in Villamartín – Orihuela Costa Alicante, Costa Blanca. It consists primarily of modern apartments and penthouses, often used as second homes or holiday rentals. Built in 2013, Linnea Sol features a large communal pool, various gardens, a children’s playground, and a jacuzzi. The grounds are secure and gated with ample parking on the property. Street parking is also possible.

Additional Information
Wintering is possible from November to March for €265.00 per week for a minimum stay of four consecutive weeks or longer. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 kWh of electricity is used per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key manager can provide you with more information about this upon arrival. All amenities, such as a supermarket, bars, terraces, and restaurants, for example at CC La Fuente, are within walking distance. Beaches are a 7-minute drive from the residence, and golf is available at the Villamartin golf course, a 5-minute drive away.

Key Collection
You can collect your key any day of the week. You can stay in your holiday home between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the first day. On the day of departure, you are generally expected to vacate the property by 10:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and throughout your stay, the managers are available to offer various services to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. They will welcome you, personally hand over the keys, and provide helpful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your contact person during your stay.

Beaches
In this area, you’ll find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, and Campoamor. This coastal region boasts beautiful sandy beaches with crystal-clear water, interspersed with rocky outcrops and predominantly small coves, making it one of the most beautiful regions on the Costa Blanca. Thanks to its perfect location, pleasant climate, and more than 300 sunny days a year, the beaches, coves, and marinas are busy year-round. Playa La Zenia is within walking distance of Oasis Beach and is one of the most visited beaches on the Orihuela Costa located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach is 350 meters long and, given its location, facilities, and maintenance, definitely deserves a Blue Flag. From here, you can enjoy endless walks along the beautiful coastline, which is a feast for the eyes in itself. The beach offers special access for people with disabilities, as well as public restrooms and showers, a first aid station, parking, taxi and bus stops, playgrounds, jet ski rentals, and restaurants.
