Punta Prima Innova Beach.
Punta Prima is definitely a great place to stay and in a very central and nice location. Ideal for a short stay during your vacation and long-term stays in winter with proper facilities and all day sun on the roofterrace. This complex is located in one of the most residential areas of Punta Prima and just 10 minutes walk from the Punta Prima beach. All the amenities you need to have expected such a diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are present and all within walking distance.
This beautiful ground floor apartment in the Innova Beach residence in Punta Prima on the Orihuela Costa is equipped with all the amenities you need for a wonderful holiday. The apartment has a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, and 2 bathrooms with shower and shower facilities. At the front is a garden terrace with a table with 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a lounge set, from which you have a beautiful view of the communal garden and the communal swimming pool with 2 jacuzzis and a playground. There is also a storage room and another terrace at the front. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all built-in appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room has hot and cold air conditioning, a smart TV with international channels, and Wi-Fi. The apartment is completely finished with high-quality materials, and secure parking is available in front of the apartment at the residence on the street or in the private parking space in the garage.
Key collection
Key collection is possible any day of the week. You can check into your holiday home on the first day of your stay between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, you should generally check out before 11:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you, providing you with useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.

Final cleaning is included in the check-in and check-out fees. The complex and apartment Innova Beach in Punta Prima are safe and secure, and there is underground parking. Innova Beach has 2 jacuzzis, communal pool and a play yard for the children. Additional terms and conditions apply to electricity use. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 kWh of electricity is used per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. There are ample opportunities for golfing nearby, as well as various water sports and fishing. You can visit the local market to buy fruit and vegetables, shoes, bags, and clothing on Saturdays in Playa Flamenca and on Sundays in Torrevieja. The residential complex is surrounded by all kinds of entertainment and is open year-round. There are several commercial centers in the immediate vicinity with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Nearby are two mega shopping centers: Zenia Boulevard on the Orihuela Costa (3 kilometers) and Habaneras in Torrevieja (5 kilometers). Torrevieja Hospital is only 1.5 kilometers from the complex.
The Beaches
Located 1.3 kilometers from the complex is Rocio del Mar beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag and the “Q” for tourist quality. The surrounding beaches and coves of Punta Prima Beach, La Zenia Beach (3 kilometers), Cala Ferris (1500 meters), and Playa Flamenca (1.5 kilometers) are also accessible.

Punta Prima on the Costa Blanca also has a commercial center, Punta Marina, which includes a Consum supermarket, Eroski gas station, a wok buffet, the Captain’s Table for fish and chips, Sunday roast, and a delicious breakfast every day, Amigos bar, a Chinese restaurant, La Piazza with Italian cuisine, a Subway, a Milar, a Druni, and The Card Place.
