This modern and very spacious holiday apartment / penthouse on the west, is located on the 3rd floor and in the residence EMA in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa. The holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. In the master bedroom is a double bed of 180 x 210 and in the other bedroom are two single beds of 90 x 210. The beds are very comfortable with toppers and equipped with icesense. There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, one with a rain shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The spacious living room has a beautiful interior including a sofa bed and there is a smart TV with all international channels. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the utility room-storage room with a washing machine. Through the sliding doors you enter the terrace of 15 m2 from the living room and via a staircase you reach the roof terrace of 56 m2 with a view over the park and the communal swimming pool. The roof terrace is furnished with a dining table with 6 chairs, a large parasol and lovely sun beds to relax in the sun. From the building you can walk to the large swimming pool at 50 meters. In the holiday apartment there is also air conditioning to cool or heat the rooms. The house also includes a private parking space on the grounds of the residence, which is completely fenced. It is an excellent place to stay in both winter and summer.

EMA Residence has a garden with a large communal swimming pool, a children’s playground and a zone with outdoor sports equipment. There will also be a sauna and a communal area. Additional conditions for the use of electricity. The stated rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 kWh of electricity is used per week. The additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.30 per kWh. The key manager can give you an explanation upon arrival. We offer special winter rates for the period from November to March for € 375 per week for a minimum stay of 4 weeks at one closed.

Key handover
Mandatory linen package of € 7.50 per person per stay. The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day between 16:00 and 21:00 in consultation with the key manager. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 in consultation with the key manager. For arrivals after 21:00, a surcharge of € 25 to € 50 applies, depending on the time of arrival. During your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They will also be the point of contact during your stay.

Beaches
In this area, 3 kilometres away, you will find the beaches Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. This coastal area has very beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, interspersed with rock formations and mostly small bays, which makes this area one of the nicest areas on the Costa Blanca. Due to the perfect location and the pleasant climate and the more than 300 days of sunshine per year, the beaches, bays and water sports harbours are reasonably busy all year round. Playa La Zenia is a 5-minute drive from the residence, is one of the most visited beaches on the Orihuela Costa and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach has a length of 350 metres and due to its location, the facilities and maintenance it certainly deserves a Blue Flag. From here you can also walk endlessly along the beautiful coastline, which is a beautiful sight in itself. The beach offers special access for the disabled, as well as public toilets and showers and there are first aid posts, sufficient parking spaces, taxi rank and bus stops, play areas, boat rental and many catering establishments.  la Zenia Boulevard is a 4-minute drive away from EMA.
