Extra information
The mentioned rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 Kwh of electricity is consumed per week. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per Kwh. The key manager can give you an explanation on arrival. The common areas of Aire Residential are approximately 4,400 m2 and have 2 large swimming pools, a jacuzzi and 2 petanque courts.In the vicinity are several supermarkets  and restaurants and terraces at 500 meters. Villamartin plaza is 3 minutes away, la Zenia Boulevard is 5 minutes away and the beaches and the sea are also a 5 minute drive away.

Key transfer
Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday rental on the 1st day between 4 pm and 8 pm. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 10:am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the administrators can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Beaches
In this area you will find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. This coastal region has very beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, interspersed with rocks and mostly small bays, which makes this area one of the most beautiful regions on the Costa Blanca. Due to the perfect location and the pleasant climate, and the more than 300 sunny days per year, beaches, bays and water sports harbors are fairly busy all year round. Playa La Zenia is within walking distance of Oasis Beach and is one of Orihuela’s most visited beaches and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach has a length of 350 meters and due to its location, the available facilities and maintenance it certainly deserves a Blue Flag. Also from here you can walk endlessly along the beautiful coastline, which is a beautiful sight in itself. The beach offers special access for the disabled, as well as public toilets and showers, there is a first aid station, parking spaces, taxi stops and bus stops, play areas, jet skis and catering.
