San Miguel de Salinas is a village located on the edge of the Veja Baja and in the south of the Costa Blanca. San Miguel is located 7 kilometers from Torrevieja. It is also the highest village in the area and from San Miguel and this apartment, you have a beautiful view over the Vega Baja and the sea. It is a small and friendly village, but has a total area of approximately 54 km² and extends from the inland mountain landscape to the plain, also called ‘El Llano’, where the salt lakes (the Salinas) are located. San Miguel de Salinas is located on a hill 75 meters above sea level, with a beautiful panorama of the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. San Miguel de Salinas is like many places on the Costa Blanca very popular with Western and Northern Europeans.
This luxury top apartment with sunny roof terrace, has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 beds and 2 bathrooms with shower + shower facilities both with underfloor heating, fully furnished with integrated air conditioning, motorized blinds, a spacious and fully furnished balcony of 13m2 and north facing and a roof terrace of 68m2 facing south with beautiful views of the communal areas and the salt lakes of Torrevieja. The living room has a sofa, dining table + chairs and a Smart TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher.
Residencial Saoco in San Miguel de Salinas is only a 10 minute drive to the beach and within walking distance of the center where you will find all the amenities necessary for your daily needs. The complex consists of both ground floor and top floor apartments. Residents of this complex will enjoy access to a large outdoor swimming pool and garden, as well as a children’s play area and a shopping area nearby with a wide range of services.

Additional conditions for the use of electricity. The rental prices mentioned are inclusive of energy, unless more than 80 Kwh of electricity is used per week. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per KWh. The key manager can give you an explanation upon arrival. We offer special winter rates for the period from October to April for only € 250, – per week with a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
Local roads connect the village with Orihuela, Bigastro, Torrevieja and other villages in the area. The neighbouring villages and towns are Almoradí, Orihuela, Torrevieja, Pilar de la Horadada and Los Montesinos respectively. Only 8 kilometres away are the sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja. Several lively centres can be reached in just a few minutes by car, including La Zenia Boulevard San Miguel de Salinas is very popular with golfers, as there are 3 well-known golf courses in the vicinity in Las Colinas, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Every Wednesday there is a market in the centre of San Miguel, a 10-minute walk away. Orihuela Costa with its beautiful beaches and lively marinas is just a 10-minute drive away. The area surrounding San Miguel de Salinas has several nature reserves and protected landscapes, perfect for walkers and nature lovers. The nearby salt lakes of Torrevieja are also a draw, famous for their unique ecosystem and beautiful views.
Key handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 10:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys to you and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.
