You can enjoy this sunny spot on the Costa Blanca south all year round.The relatively beautiful parks look mature with beautiful sub-tropical gardens. Here you will experience the ultimate Mediterranean feeling, surrounded by palm trees, bougainvilleas, olive trees, oleanders and more beautiful and flowering vegetation.

La Recoleta, Panorama Park, Sea Senses and La Entrada in Punta Prima and at the beginning of the Orihuela Costa, are located 3 kilometers south and from the center of Torrevieja. The parks are a great place to spend your vacation. If you come with your own transport, the distance from Amsterdam to Punta Prima is 2165 kilometers. If you come by plane, it is 45 kilometers from Alicante airport and you can use these directions.

During your stay in one of our luxury apartments you can choose to relax on your balcony or by the pool or have a more active holiday with plenty to do in the nearby area. There are several different restaurants within walking distance and if you want to prepare something yourself, you can buy delicious fresh vegetables, fish and meat from the many supermarkets. The kitchen of your apartment is fully equipped to prepare a delicious Spanish dish at home, such as a multi-functional oven and a hob.

Of course you can also enjoy a drink, delicious tapas, the blue sea, the beach and each other on the beach at the bar of each Cabana.

Within walking distance of your apartment, you can reach the Punta Prima restaurant within 5 minutes with the boulevard in front of it, from where you have a beautiful view over the bay and with a beautiful view of the bay of Cabo Roíg. With clear weather you can even see the Mar Menor 60 kilometers away from here.

If you want to venture a little further, you can take your rental car and go to the beaches of Campoamor, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenga. These beaches are all within a maximum of 4 kilometers from Punta Prima. La Zenia beach is a 20-minute walk away. You can also walk to the center of Torrevieja via the beach and walking paths.

Our apartments offer a good basis for a successful holiday. We have more than 30 very complete apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms from 65 m2. All have a fully equipped kitchen with all built-in appliances, bathroom with bath and/or shower, at least 4 beds with linen, washer/dryer, with or without satellite reception with Dutch TV, DVD, WiFi radio CD and air conditioning/heating. If necessary, a cot and child seat can also be rented.

All apartments have a large covered terrace, solarium or a balcony of at least 12 m2 with patio furniture and have a beautiful view over the swimming pools and/or the subtropical park and/or with a beautiful sea view. The apartments are all fully furnished with beautiful and luxurious furniture and sufficient storage space in the bedrooms. The owners of these holiday homes have paid a lot of attention to their property and, just like us, want you as a holidaymaker to have everything you need.

Furthermore, all apartments are standard equipped with terracotta tiles or a marble floor with underfloor heating in the bathrooms, PVC windows with double glazing and blinds, alarm and the resorts have 24-hour surveillance by means of guards and cameras. All apartments are accessible by elevator from a private parking lot. Most apartments also have a private storage room in the garage.

For winter visitors we only reserve south-facing apartments so that you can enjoy the sun on the balcony even in winter. From November, one of the 7 swimming pools in La Entrada will be heated.

The luxury of Panorama Park, La Entrada, Sea Senses and La Recoleta, the available heating in the apartments for the winter and of course the healthy climate, also make this location very attractive for a winter stay. For winter visitors we only reserve south-facing apartments so that you can enjoy the sun on the balcony even in winter.

It is therefore very worthwhile to inquire about our winter offers without obligation. It is also an ideal place to go on holiday for families with young children. The swimming pools are child-friendly and there are no crowded beaches, just peace and space.

During your holiday in Punta Prima, there are various options to customize your stay. This includes water sports such as water skiing, fishing, rent a rib, parasailing, snorkeling and diving. There are also opportunities in the nearby area to rent a mountain bike or go horse riding and explore the interior. For walkers there are beautiful routes along the rugged coast of the Orihuela Costa and for younger holidaymakers a water park at Torrevieja, a mini fair at the Centro Commercial and a go-kart track less than 1 kilometer away. Every day you can visit one of the many weekly markets in the surrounding towns within a radius of 10 kilometers. One of the largest markets on the Costa Blanca is the Friday market of Torrevieja.

Your holiday combined with, for example, our Spanish language courses and visits to museums in Orihuela, Murcia and Alicante. Enjoy some delicious Spanish tapas with a local Vino de Mesa in one of the many restaurants inland.

There are many places worth a visit, such as Elche with its beautiful date palm park and old town, Alicante with its long boulevard and old stately buildings and a day in Benidorm should not be missed. There are also several theme parks for children around Benidorm, such as Mundomar with many animals and dolphin and seal shows.
