Residences El Rincon and El Bosque on the Orihuela Costa are fully fenced and fairly centrally located approximately 700 meters from the beach of Playa Flamenca with cozy restaurants, a Belgian bakery and butcher and lovely terraces on the boulevard. In the very nearby area there are 2 large Centro Commerciales with many catering establishments such as bars, restaurants, nice terraces, but also supermarkets and shops. There is also a grand café Rocky’s, a large supermarket Lidl, a hamburger specialty store and an internet café. The Saturday market of Playa Flamenca is about a 15-minute walk away. The park has 2 large swimming pools and the gardens are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The buildings have an elevator and consist of a maximum of 3 floors, the top apartments of which have a large roof terrace with sea views.

The apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and/or a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a storage room, a spacious living room with LED TV with most Dutch, French, some English and German channels. The holiday homes also have a reasonably spacious covered balcony or for the ground floor in El Rincon with 3 bedrooms, a garden terrace of 45 m2 and adjacent to the swimming pool. Playa Flamenca, on the Orihuela Costa, is 25 minutes from Murcia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante. The most attractive thing about Playa Flamenca are of course the nearby beaches. You will undoubtedly enjoy a relaxing holiday, the sun, the Mediterranean Sea and the tranquility of this pleasant part of the municipality. The Mediterranean climate, one of the healthiest in the world, is subtropical and dry here. The summers here are warm and long, and the winters are mild, so outdoor activities can be enjoyed all year round. Playa Flamenca has been awarded the Blue Flag for the good maintenance and services on its beaches. These beaches are clean and have fine golden sand. There are also more sheltered and rocky areas along well-maintained promenades. There is always a street market somewhere, of which the markets in Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca are the best known. In the indirect area you have all amenities such as supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. Playa Flamenca is an ideal place to relax and leave the stress of busy city life behind.
