Rental services.
When you arrive at your holiday stay we can provide you during your vacation various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. Easy does it, especially in your holidays. Upon arrival at the airport and after retrieving the luggage, a total of about 30 minutes, you can pick up the car. With your TomTom or our directions, you can easily make your holiday, within 45 minutes. The distance from Alicante-Elche airport to the Orihuela Costa is 50 kilometers and from Murcia airport 35 kilometers.
Transfer service
If you wish to use our transfer service, wait upstairs, outside the departure hall at Costa Cafee one of our staff you up and take you from Alicante airport to your vacation stay on the Costa Blanca South. Of course it is possible from Murcia. You will be accompanied to the apartment and helped with your bags. The rates of our tranfer to Punta Prima from Alicante are € 50, - each way (max. 4 people). By scheduled arrivals at the airport after 22.00 H, so when booking your airline tickets, is charged € 20, - each way. If you have any serious delays, more than an hour, please give us a phone call has sustained your delay. The surcharge applies, of course, if you have suffered a long delay due to force majeure.
First, you can use our transfer and during your holiday a week or more to rent a car. The rental we can have it delivered to your address. The delivery exceed € 25, - per car. You can get to the end of your holiday with your rental car back to the airport and the rental car drop off at one of the employees. If you want a combination of transfer and car hire, we recommend to reserve a car ahead of time because during the high season it can happen that there are no rental cars are available.
Reception and keys
We welcome you and do with you personally the keys. During your arrival and checking in your luggage, we will already give you some useful tips about the area and can you explain what the one and the other is located, such as where to get fresh French bread, where to get your first shopping at the supermarket, the bringing waste and where the nearest beaches are in being.
Welcome pack of groceries
We provide a standard welcome pack in the fridge to enjoy at your arrival with a nice cold drink. If you arrive late in the evening then we can make a shopping package of € 25, - care that meets your needs during your first holiday and the next morning. You need after a tiring journey there no more pressure in any case to make. During check-in you can spot us deal with the shopping package. Gives you do well in advance whether you want to use this service.
Extra bed
If you want to come with more than 4 persons there are several possibilities. Our two bedroom apartments offer initially accommodate 4 people. If you want to come with a 5th person older than 3 years, we provide an extra bed with linen at a rate of € 25, - per week. If you come with a baby who needs a cot, we provide a cot at a rate of € 10, - per week. Linen for the cot, you must bring your own. these data are processed during the drafting of the lease.
Remainder
During your stay, there are many things to consider. We hope it will never happen, but if it should happen then we can refer you to the closest to being medical facilities in medical emergencies, such as an ear infection. There is on walking distance a English and a German speaking dentist. For further information and telephone numbers, please refer to punta prima left. If you return to do in case of loss or theft of valuable papers, we can provide an interpreter to help you with the declaration.
