Special prices for winterstay, for winter in this attractive semi detached villa, we ask € 210,- per week, including water, electricity and linen and with a minimum stay of 8 weeks. For this you get a lot of comfort in beautiful surroundings and accommodation. The pool can be used from late May to late October. The beaches of Orihuela Costa are only 3 km away and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and bars 2 km. In a radius of 5 kilometers there will be 4 golf courses.

Keytransfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14.00 H and 20.00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally at 11.00 H. In consultation with the keymanager, other times are possible. Upon your arrival and during your holiday the administrators can provide you with various services to make your holiday easier and possible to make. They welcome you and do with you personally the keytransfer and will already give you some useful tips about the apartment and the nearby environment. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
